Hi, I’m Stephanie
Professional Female Voice Over Actor And Podcast Host
From commercials to corporate narrations to kids apps to everything in between, I love what I do.
Every day in the booth brings something different and it’s that variety that brings me joy!
how it started
MY JOURNEY FROM MUSICAL THEATRE TO VOICE ACTING
I’ve always loved performing and started at the age of 9. My love of theatre carried me through my high school years at a performing arts school and into college where I graduated with a BFA in Musical Theatre from Ithaca College. I hit the ground running and moved to NYC with hopes of working on Broadway. But when the economic crash of 2009 stalled out my plans, I decided it was time to try something new.
Voice over was something I’d always been interested in but never had the time / funds / energy to explore. But I was suddenly given that chance. So I took my first voice over class… and (spoiler alert) I loved it! I dove right into this new passion and was at the forefront of the home studio revolution, thanks to my amazing husband who’s a sound engineer… isn’t that lucky?!
How it’s going
Since then, I’ve recorded hundreds of voiceover jobs for companies of all sizes and across genres.
I have also taken countless workshops and classes over the years with industry professionals from all over the world. I love continuing to work on my craft and tweak my reads based on the latest trends.
During the pandemic, I discovered a passion for teaching voice over to beginners and have hosted several introductory workshops covering the basics of becoming a voice actor.
When I’m not in the booth I can be found baking, crocheting, doing a puzzle, or going on adventures with my husband and our 9 year old daughter.
Let’s get to know each other!
